EEX UPDATE AND PLAN - 4/3/20Dear EEX Senior & Pre-Senior Group Families –
We hope this e-mail finds you and your loved ones healthy and making the most of your time together.
We know this period of social distancing has brought many challenges, one of which being the lack and loss of routine. Some down time and decompression was necessary, but as we wrap up our third week away from the pool, it is clear that our swimmers are ready to resume some structured physical activity.
EEX is excited to offer ‘live’ group dry-land practices to keep swimmers’ bodies, minds, and community strong.
These live sessions will be offered via the Zoom video conferencing app and will be offered during regular practice times. We are also creating a weekly cardio plan to be completed independently.
We will use this outline to start and foresee expanding / supplementing the group and independent work as weather permits and as we “get back in shape.” More info to follow later this month.
We are looking forward to our group reconnecting as best that we can under the circumstances, and although we will not be in the water, I believe that this practice plan will help to restore some of the positive structure and social that our sport provides. Even if we are not swimming, we are still swimmers.

Attached please find registration information for the upcoming 2020 Spring Session.
The program will run from March 28th to May 31st with package options once again available.
As a reminder, attendance is not limited to a specific day each week.
You are welcome to attend either Saturday or Sunday or both depending upon your schedule and availability.
All swimmers will return to the same level where they left off for skill refreshment and evaluation. REGISTRATION VIA E-MAIL IS REQUIRED:PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR SWIMMER / SWIMMERS NAME AND LEVEL TO:Registration forms and a check (made out to: Express SwimAmerica) must be brought to your child's first lesson.

Express SwimAmerica, LLC is a “Learn-to-Swim” Program for children ages 3 and above. The SwimAmerica model follows a progressive 10-level structure, within which swimmers are taught everything from blowing bubbles to butterfly breathing patterns. This trademarked step-by-step method enables even the youngest and most novice swimmers to BE SAFE and HAVE FUN in the water.

InformationProgram Begins March 28th and 29thRegistration will be open SOON!!!Dear EEX SwimAmerica Families - Happy New Year! Hope you all had an enjoyable and relaxing holiday season. We wanted to provide an update regarding SwimAmerica Lessons. In January, our college instructors do not return to campus for their new semester until the very end of the month, and then in Feb / March, TCNJ is hosting 2-Day Meets on 3 out of 4 Weekends (Feb 15-16, Feb 22-23, March 7-8), and then closing for their college spring break in mid-March. So, with all of this in mind, we have little choice but to suspend our SwimAmerica lessons during the cold weather. We are sincerely disappointed to deliver this news, as we would love to offer lessons this winter, but with all of the conflicts listed above, it would not be practical or productive for anyone involved. Registration will be coming out next month for Spring SwimAmerica. Please see the tentative dates below.
